MY DREAM UNIVERSITY

         Hi my name is Yonathan. I am interested in becoming a doctor. I have been interested since i was in grade 3. My reason of becoming a doctor is that i can save people's lives and doctors are also needed in some places. Even though biology is not my best subject, i still enjoy learning it than most other subjects. i also know that it is hard to become a doctor, for entering university and graduating from the one. In order to get into the university that i want i want, i have to be more passionate while learning biology and i also read articles about biology on the internet. I have also been watching some medical films on national geographic. 

           For now my dream university is UNDIP in semarang. Even though i want to go into the one in jakarta but i think i have to choose the nearest one, because it is easily reachable from my hometown. UNDIP is located in Semarang, this university was established in 1956 which i think it has been standing for a long time and it is also now on top 500 university in the world. All the teachers are also professional in teaching and have good title.

          The second university that i want to go is UGM. UGM is located in Yogyakarta. It was the first state university in Indonesia. The medical faculties here has been the favourite for people since then. i choose this university as my second choice because it is famous with its achievement internationally.

          My last choice of university is UPH. It is a christian university located in Tangerang. It was founded in 1944 and it is also the first university that has taught the programs entirely in english. I choose this university in case that i am not accepted in UNDIP or UGM. In addition it is also a privste university which is much easier to get into. I choose this as my last option because private university costs a lot more than public university. I am interested in UPH because of the facility it has. I have ever been there and i think that i has a complete facility from the pool to the sports field. 

          If i successfully become a doctor i want to be able to help Indonesia as i can, for example i want to help in a city which is lack of medical facilities. I want to open my own clinic in Jakarta because i think that jakarta people are a bit unhealthysince there is a lot of traffic and pollution. I want to be a cardiologist hopefully because  lot of people do not live healthily and not many people these days do sports anymore. Overall i would love to be able to go into medical university and become a cardiologist someday.

JOURNEY

MY JOURNEY TO JAKARTA

         When I was in Junior High School, my family and I were going on a holiday to Jakarta. My mom had already booked two rooms of the hotel, one was for my mom and dad and the other one was for me and my sisters. We had already prepared our stuff the night before we went there. The next day we went there by car. When I got up, all had been well prepared to depart. We left at 8 AM.

       The journey was long and tedious. It took us about seven hours because of the traffic. My mom fortunately had bought some lunch so we could eat on the street. We arrived at the hotel at 4 PM. We got into the hotel and organized our things. For the rest of the day,  we just rested. The following day we were getting ready to go to the malls. After we all had eaten our breakfast, we walked to the mall which is just next to the hotel. At the mall, almost all shops had been crowded by people. My mom’s first stop was the clothing store. I had thought about this so i brought my mobile phone fully charged. We walked around and bought some snacks. My family and I had walked for five hours but my mom and my sisters were still in high spirit to shop for more. Eventually we went back to the hotel and had dinner. 

        We had been staying in Jakarta for a week and we had the same destination everyday. Iwas bored at the hotel, I had used my phone before then the battery was drained and it was fully off. So I had been watching TV all night long before then I was overslept. Th e last dayu we prepared to go home with a lot of laundry. We all had fun though. I realy want to gothere again soon. We went back and the journey was much more crowded. It took about 10 hours to go back home. Eventuallty we made it successfully.

MOVIE REVIEW "THE 33"

 Almost everyone knows about this tragedy that happened in  chille in 2010 and now it has been remade into a movie. This is a review about a movie entitled "The 33". It is based on real event in Chille,Columbia. This movie is published in 30 November 2015 worldwide. It is  written by Mikko Alanne, Craig Borten, and Jose Rivera. The production house behind this film is Alcon Entertainment, Phoenix Pictures, and Rat-Pac-Dune Entertainment and is published by Warner Bros.

This movie is rated with 4 stars. The 33 is a film about 33 miners trapped under the earth for 2 months. They are trapped and must survive with 3 days worth food only. The leader Mario Sepulveda distributed the food as well as redice the tension between the miners. Meanwhile on the surface, The government didnt want to help because they think that it is waste of money until the minister of mining, Laurence Golborne help the family and so the rescue begin. This movie differ the story on the surface and in the earth. We  will see the struggle and the effort of these miners. The leader Mario Sepulveda is starred by Antonio Banderas who i think is the most suited player for Mario. He has the charisma as a leader and muscular body which is just like miners. This film has positive and negative rating also. Glenn Kenny mentioned that the director coul retell the story in such way so that the viewer will be curious to watch it till the end, even though they already know the ending. On the other hand Lizzie Plaugic mentioned that it is a boring movie due to absence of conversation and action.

My opinion on this movie is that this is a worth seen movie, it tells us about the miners struggle to survive. We can see how they encouraged each other until they are rescued even after they are rescued, they become best friend forever. It tells us many life values.

I reccomend this movie to everyone, i believe that you will learn a lot. This movie doesnt use much efect or animation to make it good. It revolves more around the struggle of the miners. The morel value that i got is that we should never give up no matter what ahppens, we just need to do it till the end and eventually we will make it, furthermore the story teaches us about friendship and family ties.
